Exchange can be done only once for sizes. However, if the outfit doesn’t suit you and you would like to return it then we provide store credit of same amount that can be availed in 6 months (which means you have an opportunity to shop from our next 2-3 new collection launches).
To be eligible for a return/exchange, please go through the below conditions –
• We do not accept return / exchange requests for orders purchased in sale (stock clearance sale, flat sale, flash sale etc)
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with labels & tags intact.
• We only Exchange a product for once and when informed within a day of receipt.
• Inconsistencies and irregularities in weaving and dyeing depict the fact that they are made by hands. It’s the beautiful characteristic of natural handmade products, it should not be treated as defect and so they are not entitled for return or exchange.
• Once we receive the product, we will check it for being unused, unwashed, and undamaged. In case the received item does not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
• To ensure your SIKANA garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging for proper care and protection
The SIKANA team holds the right to not accept returns or exchange in case any of the conditions are not met.
Refund
We do not offer any Refund.
In case of damage products received, please write to us sikana.in@gmail.com along with an opening video which is a must, full address, order number and the size are required. Our customer care executive will get back to you at the earliest. Once a product is accepted for return, refund is initiated within 5-7 days.
If orders is cancelled before shipment, full refund is provided, refund is initiated within 5-7 days.
Products that have been customized as per client requirements such as size/ design/ fabric design will not be eligible for Refund.

If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, we provide a hassle-free exchange process. Just send us an e-mail at sales@sikana.in and let us know what product you’d like to exchange for—we’ll take care of the rest! Note that returns are free of charge, but the exchanged product must be sent to us (and may incur shipping fees). We don’t offer refunds on any of our products, but we hope you love them as much as we do!

We firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors/prints/fabrics seen on a monitor/screen could be slightly different as compared to the actual fabrics ordered. Colors, as shown in the catalogue may vary from the actual colors of the fabrics, as the process of photography and printing involves a lot of transitions and changes.
It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colors on a fabric as seen on your monitor/screen. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these fabrics have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different lights and mediums.
